Help · Making and printing codes
Getting started
Make a QR code, create your account, choose a plan and download print-ready files.
1. Make your code
Start in the designer. Choose what the code opens: a web link, a PDF, a contact card, Wi-Fi details or text. Then style it: dots, corners, colors, a logo and a line of words under it.
As you change it, we read the code the way a phone would and tell you whether it scans well and the smallest size to print it. A design that won't scan reliably is blocked, with what to change.
2. Create your account
Your account keeps your codes, so you can change them after printing.
3. Choose a plan
The monthly plan is $39 a month and the yearly plan is $199 a year. Both include unlimited codes, changes and scans, under a fair-use policy that only stops abuse. Checkout shows the full price, when it renews, how to cancel and what happens to printed codes before you enter a card. See billing and cancelling.
4. Download and print
Download PNG, SVG, PDF or EPS files at 1 to 12 inches wide. See printing and sizing for which file to use and how to test before printing a lot.
Two kinds of code
- Web link, PDF and contact-card codes print a short kifu.to link. You can change what they open after printing, and they follow your plan: see what happens when a plan ends.
- Wi-Fi and text codes hold the details themselves. They work without Kifuna and never stop, but printed copies can't be changed or paused.
Still stuck? Check a code that won't scan, see all help, or contact us.
